Login to Online giving
To register for your Online Giving ID:
- Go to https://secure.accessacs.com/access/login.aspx
- Enter your first name, last name and your current primary e-mail address under “New User Login”.
- You will receive a user name and password via e-mail.
- Your Online Giving user name is either your first and last name written as one word (bobsmith) or your e-mail address you used to register. Your password will be generated for you and you will be prompted to change it the first time you log in. If you have difficulties logging into Online Giving, please read the FAQ section or e-mail info@woodlakeag.org for assistance.
- If the system is unable to locate a record matching the information you provided, e-mail info@woodlakeag.org and include your first and last names and current primary e-mail address. An account will be created for you and the user login and password will be e-mailed to you within 72 hours.
Once you are logged in, you can make a contribution.
To make a contribution:
- Click on the “Giving” tab.
- At the top of the page you will see your “Giving Summary”, which will be updated weekly. ***If your Giving Summary is blank or incomplete, it may be that you and your spouse are listed as receiving individual statements instead of combined. If you wish to receive a combined statement, e-mail us at info@woodlakeag.org.
- At the bottom of the page you will see the “Enter New Contribution” form.
- Click on the drop down menu next to “Give To”.
- Choose what you would like to contribute to.
- In the next field enter the amount and in the “Optional Memo” field, any note you would like to attach to your gift.
- If you would like to schedule a recurring gift, check the “Recurring” box and a new menu will appear which will allow you to choose the frequency and stop date or number of payments.
- Click “Add”
- Multiple gifts can be added at this point. When you are ready to submit your contribution for payment, click “Give”.
- Fill out the payment information form. Please note that you must Click “Submit Payment” only once. Returning to this page and submitting this form a second time will result in a double charge.
- After submitting payment, you will receive a receipt via e-mail. Please note that your giving summary will not be updated immediately. Your records will be updated weekly on Tuesday afternoon.
Online Giving Frequently Asked Questions
I can’t login to Online Giving
Make sure you are on a Online Giving page similar to the one above.
I tried “New User Name” and got the error “We were unable to locate a record matching the information you provided”
This happens when you request a new user name and Online Giving is not able to match your personal information to the information in the database. This can happen when you use an informal name (i.e.: Bob) instead of a formal name (i.e.: Robert), for example. If you are unable to resolve the issue, send an e-mail to info@woodlakeag.org with your full name, address and e-mail address. Someone will get back to you within 72 business hours.
I forgot my password
Click on “Forgot your password?” on the login screen under the password field and you will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password. Note: This e-mail will me sent to the e-mail on file. If your e-mail address has changed recently, let us know at info@woodlakeag.org so we can update your record.
My user name won’t work
Make sure you are using your Online Giving user name (either your first and last name together or the e-mail address you used to register).
I just registered as a new Online Giving user and it won’t take my new password
Your new password was sent to you in an e-mail. Because your first password is computer generate, it can sometimes contain unusual characters. Many people have found it useful to select the password in the registration e-mail you received and copy and past it into the login screen. Once you login the first time, you will be prompted to change your password. Set it to something that will be easy to remember.
