Attend One Service:
New Family
-- Check in begins 15 minutes prior to the start of each service. (9:15 am for first or 10:45 am for second)
Before Service:
1. Parent will check-in child(ren) with attendant at New Families desk.
2. Hospitality team member escorts family through security chec-point and to ministry area. (The Nursery, The Clubhouse, The Hub)
3. Kids have fun while parents go to service. (please keep your claim check)
After Service:
1. Return to the security check-point you passed through before service.
2. Show claim check to security team member.
3. Pick-up your child(ren) from designated ministry area. (The Nursery, The Clubhouse, The Hub)
4. Show claim check to attendant as you leave the ministry area.
Regular Attender
